By scheduling, accessing, or participating in a PTone product demonstration (“Demo”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Demo Terms & Conditions.

 

IMPORTANT: NO SCREENSHOTS OR RECORDINGS

Screenshots, screen recordings, photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, livestreams, AI transcription, automated meeting notes, or any other form of capturing or reproducing the PTone Demo are strictly prohibited without PTone’s prior written authorization. Unauthorized recording, copying, disclosure, or distribution may result in immediate termination of the Demo, restriction from future access, and legal action as permitted by applicable law.

 

1. Purpose of the Demo

The PTone Demo is provided solely to allow prospective customers, authorized representatives, and other approved participants to evaluate the PTone software platform. Participation in a Demo does not grant any license, ownership interest, or right to reproduce, copy, distribute, develop, or commercially use PTone or any part of the platform.

 

2. Confidential and Proprietary Information

During a Demo, PTone may display or discuss non-public, confidential, proprietary, or commercially sensitive information, including software features, workflows, user interface design, dashboards, integrations, pricing, technical processes, documentation, product development information, future functionality, and demonstration data. All such information remains the property of PTone or its applicable licensors and may be used only for evaluating PTone.

 

3. No Screenshots, Photos, or Recordings

 

Unless PTone provides prior written permission, participants may not:

 

● Take screenshots or screen captures

 

● Photograph any part of the Demo

 

● Make screen, video, or audio recordings

 

● Record the meeting through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or similar services

 

● Livestream or rebroadcast the Demo

 

● Use browser extensions or third-party applications to capture the Demo

 

● Use AI tools, transcription software, meeting assistants, or automated note-taking tools to record or reproduce the Demo

 

● Secretly or indirectly record any portion of the presentation

 

4. No Copying or Reproduction

Participants may not copy, reproduce, recreate, extract, scrape, reverse engineer, transcribe, publish, or otherwise duplicate PTone materials, functionality, workflows, system design, documentation, business processes, proprietary methods, or technical architecture presented during the Demo.

5. No Unauthorized Sharing

Demo information may not be shared with unauthorized third parties. Participants may not post, distribute, upload, transmit, or disclose PTone Demo content through social media, websites, forums, messaging applications, email lists, cloud storage, video-sharing platforms, competitor organizations, AI platforms, or other public or private channels without PTone’s prior written authorization.

 

6. Authorized Attendees

Demo invitations and meeting links are intended only for authorized attendees. Participants may not forward Demo links, share access credentials, allow unapproved individuals to attend, permit a competitor to participate without approval, or misrepresent their identity, company, or purpose for attending. PTone may verify attendee identity and organization and may refuse or terminate access at its discretion.

 

7. Intellectual Property

PTone and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the PTone platform and related intellectual property, including software, branding, trademarks, designs, user interfaces, documentation, workflows, processes, training materials, content, and proprietary technology. Viewing or participating in a Demo does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the participant. 

 

9. Security Restrictions

Participants must not attempt to:

 

● Access restricted portions of PTone

 

● Circumvent authentication or access controls ● Probe or test PTone systems for vulnerabilities

 

● Extract or scrape data

 

● Run automated scripts against the platform

 

● Introduce malicious software or code

 

● Reverse engineer the software

 

● Attempt to access source code

 

● Interfere with platform operation

 

● Obtain access beyond what PTone expressly provides during the Demo

 

10. Demo Information Is Not a Binding Product Commitment

Features, functionality, integrations, workflows, pricing, development timelines, and future capabilities discussed or displayed during a Demo are provided for informational and evaluation purposes. PTone may modify, add, remove, delay, or discontinue functionality. Statements made during a Demo do not create a binding contractual commitment unless specifically included in a separate written agreement executed by PTone and the customer.

 

11. Violation of These Terms

PTone reserves the right to immediately end a Demo or restrict future access if a participant violates these Terms. Unauthorized recording, copying, reproduction, distribution, disclosure, misuse, or attempted exploitation of PTone’s confidential information or intellectual property may result in cease-and-desist demands, injunctive relief, claims for damages where legally available, civil legal proceedings, and referral of suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where warranted.

 

12. Acceptance of Demo Terms

By booking, joining, or participating in a PTone Demo, you confirm that:

 

1. You have read and agree to these Demo Terms & Conditions.

 

2. You will not screenshot, photograph, record, livestream, or otherwise capture the Demo without prior written permission from PTone.

 

3. You will not copy or reproduce PTone’s proprietary materials.

 

4. You will not distribute confidential Demo information to unauthorized third parties.

 

5. You will use information presented during the Demo only to evaluate PTone.

 

6. You understand that violations may result in termination of access and legal action as permitted by applicable law.
